Yields one 9x5 loaf
1-1/2 cups milk of choice, warm to 100 degrees
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2-1/2 cups 9 Grain GF flour mix
1-1/2 Tbsp dry active yeast
Mix for about 6 min.
Grease pans, then spoon/pour dough into bread pan to about half full. Dough will be more like cake batter. Smooth top with a wet spatula, let rise about 35 min, at room temp. to double in volume.
Bake at 325 for about 30 min. Bread should be brown on top and bottom
Adjust procedures to accommodate differences in oven, humidity, and elevation
